Platform Workflow
1. Upload
You upload PDF invoices, images of delivery notes, or contracts to the Ishiros Portal. Supports drag-and-drop and automatic email forwarding.
2. AI Parsing
Our Computer Vision model scans the document and identifies its layout (OCR for multiple scripts), while the NLP engine understands context — distinguishing, for example, a due date from a transaction date.
3. Validation
The system automatically checks mathematical accuracy (Price × Quantity = Total), validates tax IDs and company registration numbers, and cross-references data against official registries for verification.
4. Excel / ERP
You receive a clean, structured Excel (.xlsx), CSV, or JSON file. Direct integration with ERP systems — Pantheon, Minimax, SAP. Zero manual data entry.
Technical Specifications
OCR Engine
We combine Tesseract 5.0 and Google Vision API for base character recognition — an ABBYY FineReader alternative with additional fine-tuning for Latin and Cyrillic scripts. Optimized for accuracy on diverse document formats.
LLM (Large Language Model)
Generative AI for business — OpenAI GPT-4o models analyze the semantic meaning of text, enabling template-free data extraction from documents of any format.
Security
All data is processed in real time and deleted after 24 hours. AES-256 encryption at rest and in transit. GDPR-compliant data handling with full audit trails.
Integrations
Pantheon, Minimax, SAP, Salesforce, and custom ERP systems. Bank statement import (XML/JSON). If a system has an API, we connect to it. If it doesn't, we build one.
